'They were a massive challenge: two consecutive nights at the same club, but it was really cool and the vibe from the crowd was amazing,' he said. 'The last few years I've been so busy in Europe and the rest of the world, so I wanted to remind the UK what I do and how much I love it here. These are one-on-one club dates, which, back in my old rave days, my name was synonymous with,' he says of the tour. 'I still have that pioneering spirit and I want to celebrate the scene with the UK's amazing crowds.' The tour will coincide with the release of 24/7, a DVD documentary featuring 80 minutes of interviews and 45 minutes of Carl's set at the opening night of Matter, in London last year. It will drop sometime in the Spring. Carl Cox @ Timewarp 2008 {youtube}xvK-VBLjokI{/youtube} Carl Cox @ Ultra Music Festival WMC Miami 2008{youtube}Uj-6_LuFuCU{/youtube}![]() |
