BLOC is a new kind of festival, held inside a state of the art holiday resort complex on the West coast of the UK. Since 2007, the UK's BLOC festival has earned itself quite the impressive reputation. Taking place this year from the 12-14th March in Minehead, Somerset, it's new found status means it's now considered one of the worlds premiere winter electronic music festivals. The key ingredient for this reputation, is of course, attributable to the innovation of the promoters. If there's one trait which is valued above all others in the increasingly cut throat world of dance music promotion, it's innovation - clearly something the folks running BLOC possess in spades.
