The 2012 DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Awards party will take place on Friday 19th October during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), one of the dance industry's most anticipated events. The move to larger venue Amsterdam Convention Factory follows 2011's unprecedented demand. Transformed from a former Stork factory, the 4000 metre square Amsterdam Convention Factory is one of the most unique event spaces in The Netherlands.

Following the awards in Holland, the world’s No.1 DJ will then fly to London for the UK edition of the Top 100 DJs party at The Gallery at the Ministry of Sound. The Gallery is the perfect setting, having previously hosted no less than half of 2011’s Top 100 DJs during its tenure. The world’s No.1 DJ will be joined by a roll call of special guest DJs. On 22 October, Ministry of Sound will also release the DJ mag Top 100 DJs album.

The line-ups for the 2012 awards parties will feature the world’s No.1 DJ alongside the world’s greatest DJ talent with full details to follow later this month. Ticket details are below.

This year also features a new charitable partner, the Last Night A DJ Saved My Life charitable foundation which unites the global dance music community to raise vital awareness and funds for humanitarian and environmental causes.

As usual, 2012 saw hundreds of thousands making their voice heard and while the poll was due to close on 30th August, an extra day was added after the Facebook app crashed due to the volumes of last minute votes

Over 50,000 people downloaded the free Top 100 DJs album from poll sponsor Trackitdown, which featured tracks and remixes from UMEK, Sander Van Doorn, Roger Sanchez, Alex M.O.R.P.H. presents Indigo, Chuckie, Ferry Corsten and many more.
