Following two huge remix contests with Depeche Mode and Black Eyed Peas, Beatport.com has teamed up with one of the world's biggest DJs for a new producer challenge. From September 29th - November 3rd DJ Tiësto is inviting all budding DJs and aspiring producers the chance to remix 'Knock You Out' feat Emily Haines, taken from his new album 'Kaleidoscope'.
This is the first time that Tiësto (widely considered to be one of the most popular DJ the world has ever seen), has made parts to one of his original productions available to the public, and he has also pledged to release three of the best remixes on Ultra and PIAS Records, helping to kick start the careers of three aspiring producers.

How to enter:

1. Sept 29 - Oct 5: Download the remix parts of 'Knocked You Out'

2. Oct 6 - Oct 19: Upload your remix to www.beatportal.com/remix

3. Oct 20 - Nov 3: Cast your vote by 'spinning' your favorite remix on www.beatportal.com

After a period of deliberation, the winner will be announced on or around November 24th, 2009.

The prizes

Up to three winning remixes will by released on Ultra and PIAS Records. The top winning remix will also receive:

Ultra records music package
