Acappella from Felix Da Housecat & P.Diddy:
DJ Hell has a track titled ‘The DJ Ft. P Diddy,’ it is the third track off his latest album ‘Tseufelswerk.’ In this track Hell uses a style very similar to Felix Da Housecat’s ‘Electro Black’ mixtape, which was recorded with Diddy and released early this summer. It turns out Hell created this song from a recording of Diddy that was done in 2003 by Felix Da Housecat. In this original recording, which is available here, Diddy mentions Felix’s name within the first couple seconds. However, in Hell’s version those parts where Diddy mentions Felix are cut out…in fact Felix Da Housecat isn’t even mentioned at all.
As anyone can see, DJ Hell created this song using Felix & Diddy’s parts, but what wasn’t made public until now is that DJ Hell did all of this without permission or any recognition of Felix Da Housecat. And we are more than certain that he did NOT receive any permission from Diddy either. Listen DJ Hell's tack here: Felix Da Housecat writes in his twitter account: "DJ Hell why do u keep on Stealin' my $h*t releasing it with No permission>>? Im gonna have 2 expose you! your a DICK! I give Dj Hell a CD years ago..And since he goes broke he releases it??? Wait til I see yo A$$$$!I do a track wit @iamdiddy and since Dj Hell isnt so creative.. He takes it and releases it. Wow! take your ass back 2 Hell THIEF! then that way everyone can have the accapella and rip it up sample it do whatever..and they can be as talented as DJ HELL!" Here's an official DJ Hell's management statement posted on RA site : This week sees the release of DJ Hell's latest single "The DJ" featuring P. Diddy, the third installment in a trilogy, which began in 2003 with "Let's Get Ill" feat. Kelis, followed by 2005's "Jack U." Their latest collaboration was approved by P. Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment in January 2009, with contracts issued by their law firm Grubman, Indursky & Shire, P.C. Since that time International Deejay Gigolo records, under the A&R direction of DJ Hell, acquired a host of acclaimed remixes, which all passed through P. Diddy's office for approval and have subsequently found their way to your local record store. The scandal EP was released today on International DeeJay Gigolo Records including remixes from Radio Slave, Paul Woolford, SIS, Deetron, Spencer Parker and more... DOWNLOAD HERE
