Chris Moody - Stealth Exclusive Mix & Interview January 2010

Leading up to the WMC Stealth Live! we are asking Stealth artists on the line-up to provide an exclusive guest mix and ask them a few questions to show you what they are about. This weeks exclusive mix is done by Chris Moody. Enjoy!

This is the second time you are playing the Stealth Live! Event. What can we expect form you this year? Any secret bombs your saving for Miami?

As soon as Roger told me about the Stealth party at Set , all I could think about was creating secret bombs lol ? I am very happy and honored to be playing this Stealth event, so I am going to take my time to make some special edits, songs and tools for this night.

Please share your favorite Stealth release with us.

My all time favorite Stealth release has to be Turn On The Music Axwells Remix. No matter where I am I always get a great reaction from the crowd and I admire the production.

You are remixing Roger's new track 2Gether.. Can you tell us something about that?

The minute I heard Roger play his remix I was umm what is this. I said Rog I have to do a remix of this. I really had fun doing this remix and at the same time I tried a different sound for myself. The day I started the remix I was listening to a few tracks Harry Choo Choo sent over, which added to my inspiration.

What else has 2010 in store for you? Any cool productions/ remixes coming up?

2010 will probably be the best year of my life. I will be having a baby boy in May and I truly can?t wait. I am sure I will have inspiration that I have never felt before and it will show in the studio. I am currently working on originals with Harry Choo Choo, Dj Riz, Lisa Pure, Chris Jackson and Jesse Colasante to name a few. I also talked to Roger about doing an E.P. for Stealth, so watch out for that.

Any tips you want to share for new producers/DJ?s?

I always tell new producers to start off using Ableton Live, because it is very friendly to use. There are also so many great tutorials on youtube.com to learning easier. Most important tip of all never chasing your dreams.
