Following up the epic ‘Lyve’, Moguai returns to the monumental Mau5trap stable to unleash another techno electro inspired EP – ‘Nyce/Blau’ . Condensing warped grooves into something euphoric has become somewhat of a trademark for the German producer and his new offering does not fail to exhibit his nurtured sound in all its glory.

‘Nyce’ can only be described as a riot from start to finish; a clear nod to Moguai’s punk roots, the track sweeps you up from its dramatic opening and keeps you hooked until the end.  With over half the track gone before the punk loving purveyor drops in a breakdown for you to catch your breath, not that you would want to, the introduction of broken beats before a final delve into ‘Nyce’s’ debauched tuning and rising rifts finely seasons its riotous rave like exterior.
On the flipside, ‘Blau’ is sure to keep the legions of ‘tech-trance’ fans more than happy whilst oozing enough techno and electro to fuel underground parties from Berlin to Bueno Aires.  Uniquely blending mind-bending bass with a melodic house sound that has boomed in recent times, due in no small part to the Mau5 himself; the track is a journey through twisted tones and filtered beats to rhapsodic ‘hands in the air’ revelry.
Moguai said of his latest creation, ‘I’m really happy to be working with Mau5trap because their style fits perfectly with what I love to produce and what I play as a DJ.’
