• The last date of submission for the contest will be April 2nd, 2009
• Winner will be selected and announced the week of April 6th, 2009 coinciding with the release of the single.
• All work must be legitimate and 100% original, use of copyrighted material will not be accepted
• The track is to be used for integration into the video material only, any sharing of the music will be considered a violation of the copyright material provided
• Only serious submissions will be considered

Louderbach is Berlin based producer Troy Pierce (AKA Slacknoise) and Los Angeles based vocalist Gibby Miller. Collaborating on music since meeting in New York in 2001, Miller recorded vocals for a handful of Pierce's tracks for such labels as Mo's Ferry and Minus before working together on the 3xLP Louderbach album "Enemy Love" throughout 2005 and 06.
