DJdownload.com and Creamfields are giving you the opportunity to DJ at Creamfields on Saturday, the 29th of August—in an ice cream van!

Yes that’s right, it’s the Ice’d Cream Van to be precise. Northern clubbing sensation, Filth, and Europe’s biggest nightlife website, Soonnight.com are joining forces to crash land hard into your partying calendar, as the Ice’d Cream van pops up to cause musical mayhem at Creamfields 2009!

One of the North’s biggest party brands, Filth, regular hosts at some of the UK and Ibiza’s biggest venues including Mint Club in Leeds, Sankeys in Manchester, 54 in London and clubs Ibiza wide, making a name for themselves as one of the fastest growing party brands to come out of Leeds in recent years. And after collaborating with the most exciting new nightlife website to hit our shores in lately, Soonnight.com, which is currently enjoying reign as the biggest clubbing site in Europe and on course for UK takeover this year, they will bring you a host of DJ’s spinning out the biggest tracks fresh from a decked out, rigged up ice cream van! After the installation of a full sound system, state of the art DJ equipment and Filth’s finest DJ’s, the Ice’d Cream team will be bombing around Europe in their own personal super club and setting up camp at Creamfields.

In the past they’ve featured Riva Starr (Made to Play, Dirtybird), Richard Dinsdale (Toolroom), Hook N Sling (CR2 Australia), Lee Mortimer (Ministry of Sound), Stupid Fresh (Bombsquad), Loose Cannons (Kiss FM), and more.

They will be bringing a road blocking line up, fired to the max with a jaw dropping array of music covering the entire electronic spectrum, plus many a secret surprise set along the way from some of the UK’s biggest DJ’s… All signs are most definitely pointing to a ruthless takeover of 2009’s festival highlights pages and this is your chance to be part of it….

How to enter:

All you need to do is put together a mix (no longer than 30 minutes in length) and upload it by clicking the link below!

Entries close Monday, 17th August. Winners decided by us at DJdownload towers by the 24th August.

The winner will also receive entry (obviously) to Creamfields on the Saturday, plus entry for a friend.

Winners must make their own way to the festival, located at Daresbury, Halton, Cheshire—only half an hour outside Liverpool and Manchester.

Sorry, only entries spanning the House / Electro / Techno genres can be accepted!
