‘Elephant’ is a cool slice of electro pop/dance, co-written and produced by dance guru Erick Morillo during his time in Ibiza late summer 2011. Lyrically the track talks of a relationship breaking down and not discussing the ‘elephant standing in the room’. Alexandra’s superlative vocals chant ‘You wanna talk, you wanna talk about it?’ over a pulsating beat and electric bassline, creating an undeniable knockdown dancefloor smash with an even edgier SYMPHO NYMPHO remix (preview below).

'Elephant' was originally meant to debut in September 2011, but according to Burke was held off so she could "take a tiny bit more time... to make sure everything is perfect".  After answering questions from her Twitter followers, Burke wrote on her profile: "OK... SO ONE MORE THING TO TELL YOU ALL ...MY SINGLE RELEASE DATE HAS MOVED 2 MARCH 11TH 2012. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD GUYS... !!!! ELEPHANT IS NOW OUT ON THE 11TH MARCH!!!! (sic)"
