Andrew fulfilled his first foreign invitation in 2008 on 16 January in Dubai in its best club called Zinc. Here is the report about his 6 days spent there.

„ This time, similarly to my previous visits, I also tried to spend a little more time than the usual agreed limit given. Due to the strict regulations for alcohol consumption in Dubai, all the clubs belong to one of the hotels and are situated inside the resort, therefore it was not difficult to win a few extra nights. Unfortunately, my first two days did not begin with success, because of the pouring rain, which the locals haven’t not experienced long before. It was difficult to believe, that there is no canalization in such an exceptionally wealthy town, so that it could stop life totally for 2 days. To my surprise, on the third day, it was George Bush himself to honour the town with his presence, so the day got declared a day off and the whole city got closed. No doubt, the locals were greatly delighted with that. So I managed to watch the complete 2nd year's series of 24 with my local pals during the first 3 days and visit all the hypermarkets, each of them, without exaggerations, being so spacious that could host all plazas from Budapest in one roof. Fortunately, in the remaining 3 days I succeeded to reach everywhere and understand why this steadily developing town is so fantastic. The party itself turned out great, although the entertainment culture still can be improved. I mean, having a party is usually about that those countless number of people from more than 30 different nationalities, living and working here, go on razzle-dazzle to let their hair down and enjoy the night not paying attention on the background music at all. The club Zinc itself can host 1000 people and though there were only 600 at present, I was said to have had a really peculiar occasion as for the consumption comparing to a usual Wednesday. So, I hope to return soon.”

Upon his arrival, Andrew appeared at his usual monthly residency the Debüt in the company of Tiger Stripes, Dana Bergquist and Garay and besides he doesn't have much to sleep, to satisfy the following invitation in China. He is appearing on 6th February in Shanghai and on 7th, which is the Chinese New Year's Eve, in Hangzhou.

In the meantime the Add2Basket Records has arrived to its 22nd publication. After Johan Vermeulen (Interplay) the Dutch Fine Taste Duo latter member also debut with his own EP with "Smarminds - On Speaking Terms”. The complete EP is available from 1st February on an exclusive beatport.

The brand new Add2Basket melodies and a remixes will be available from the end of February.
