Following the release of Steve Aoki's debut artist album 'Wonderland' earlier this month, he has gathered together a selection of friends and affiliates to remix standout album track 'Ladi Dadi'. Taking the original's soulful vocals, heaving drum line and galvanised synth lines, they mould it into a selection of brilliantly diverse new versions. Prolific Australian producer Tommy Trash steps up first, straightening out the original's arrangement with some explosive four to the floor fireworks led by the ecstatic melodies, with the instrumental version also included in the package as an additional bonus for DJs. Up next, shape shifting production duo Autoerotique rewire it into an electric surge of swelling synths and growling bass frequencies. Indonesian wunderkind Angger Dimas flips the original on its head with a lurching dubstep rework that sets the warped bass swipes as the anchor around which the detuned synths and snapping drums orbit while last but certainly not least, fast rising talent Pixel Cheese rounds off the package with a stadium sized production that immediately substantiates the hype currently surrounding him.
