After 10 years at the epicentre of some of the scenes biggest productions, German producer supermo D.O.N.S. has offically confirmed the forthcoming release of his debut artist album ‘Design on Sound’ with Kontor Records.
Featuring redited cuts of some of his biggest tracks like ‘Drop The Gun’ and ‘Somebody Elses Guy’, the album will also contain a slew of new material including collaborations with Terri B! and Seany B. In addition, the ‘Pump Up The Jam’ producer has also confirmed a world tour which will support the release of the album. Embarking on mammoth seven month trek, the global tour will kick off March 5th at an exclusive launch party 360Club in Istanbul, the weekend after the album is released worldwide.
The album hit the shelves 26th February 2010, with the first single being a new edit of the 1996 smash hit record ‘Drop the Gun’.

For the past 18 months, everything has been falling into place for one of dance music’s most exciting and forward thinking characters. From playing some of the best clubs in the world, including Cocoon, Pacha and Space, he’s also headlined everywhere from Berlin to Shanghai and racked up triumphant tours in continents such as Australasia and North America. >From the studio, releases such as ‘You Used To Hold Me featuring Terri B!’ and ‘Breath Into Me’ can be found in the playlists of      everyone from David Guetta to Bob Sinlcar, whilst singles ‘Supernatural Love featuring Gloria Gaynor’ and ‘Together – Hardcore Uproar’, have earned him extended support across networks such as Radio 1 Drive time shows, VIVA and MTV
From his solo productions, bootlegs and covers to his highly sought-after remixes, D.O.N.S. studio output is an ever impressive slew of crafted gems for the dance floor.
Riding the zeitgeist of his success he has grown to become a familiar choice for remixes for artists that include  Bob Sinclar, Dirty South, Greg Cerrones, Chuckie, John Dahlbäcks, Roger Sanchez, and most recently Erick Morillo & DLG’s, ‘Where Are You Now’ for Subliminal Records.  Whilst igniting record deals with labels such as Universal, Polydor, BigCityBeats, AM:PM, Hed Kandi and Ministry of Sound.
