At one of Europe’s premier but lesser known events, Pure Future have invited their friends and compadres FAC 51 The Hacienda to guest exclusively at this August’s the biggest dance festival in Lithuania, which sees a command performance by DJ super-duo Sasha & John Digweed at the very top of the bill, playing together for their first time in the country.
In a stunning location, Trakai Castle, set on an island in a middle of a lake, the festival is a superb event and has a reputation that is second to none amongst clued up Eastern European festival goers. The festival is a one of a kind across the globe as no other dance festival shares such a setting, amidst such a spectacular medieval castle, built in the 14th century as a residence for the former Kings Of Lithuania.

Sasha and John Digweed come to Lithuania for the time together and headline the event both as great friends and musical partners but also as ex regulars of The Hacienda. Sasha’s career began with his life changing experiences at the original FAC 51and he made his debut at The Hacienda as a warm up DJ at Void in 1989. He then became the regular Friday night resident at Shine during 1991 / 92 before his international career exploded.
Even as a fledgling global superstar Sasha played regularly at the club until its closure along with his pal and partner John Digweed at FAC 51’s special events including the birthday parties, Soak, and the Sasha / John Digweed’s Northern Exposure parties at the club.
Today still massively in demand DJ pairing, the duo continue to release cutting edge tracks through their Emfire and Bedrock labels as wowing crowds at the world’s best clubs, festivals and parties.
Joining Sasha and John Digweed is legendary Hacienda resident Jon Dasilva who set the soundtrack of the club’s acid house years at the seminal Hot night during the second summer of love. One of the most original and very best pioneers of FAC 51 Dj’ing style his innovative sets and wide tastes in music inspired many young DJs to take up the art, including Sasha himself who has always named Jon his greatest influence back then.

Production, Atmosphere And Ticket Details

With very best in sound, production and lighting, Pure Future Hacienda visitors will have the time of their lives and a supreme light show is accompanied by many special effects including soap bubbles, the cold air gun, lasers, fire and amazing fireworks systems across the night sky.
VIP - A ticket allows to access all areas that are nor prohibited the main courtyard and castle.  Only VIP ticket holders are allowed to enter the royal residence, Trakai castle’s hall where will be live concerts.  There is also a separate bar here.  The price of a VIP ticket is only 58 €.
