It’s finally here! The world’s biggest trance event, Trance Energy, is announcing its full line-up today. It includes a full-packed programme featuring the biggest names in trance and the hottest up and coming new talents, alongside old favourites. So, which artists can we expect to see hitting the stage at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht on Saturday April 3rd?
Trance Energy will be held in four areas, each with its own character and style, introducing a whole new generation of acts never heard before in the Jaarbeurs. Including on the Main Stage, the long awaited threesome who have been on the Trance Energy wish list many years and are placed a respectable number four on the DJ Mag top 100 list: Above & Beyond! The Main Stage will also host Armada's Markus Schulz who, with his incredible bass lines and uplifting melodies, is representing the newer generation in the world of trance. There's also no shortage of raw Dutch talent this year either, in the form of Sander van Doorn, last years winner of 'Best Breakthrough Artist' at the International Dance Music Awards in Miami, which landed him a spot amongst the global top.
For the hard trance fans there’s the Hard Stage featuring a strong line-up of artists like dance music veteran Scot Project and Kamui, who conquered the world with their track 'Electro Slut', named by BBC's Radio 1 as favourite track. This year Trance Energy collaborated with the world’s most popular trance website Trance.nu to produce a stunning line-up for the Future Stage, featuring a star-studded list of acts like Dash Berlin and Super8 & Tab. Contrary to previous announcements, there will be no Dutch stage this year. Instead, a strong combi line-up presented by High Contrast and Marco V's In Charge will take over in fitting style. So, still plenty of Dutch talent on show plus enough room to squeeze in a special guest performance from Cosmic Gate.

Saturday April 3rd will see the start of the 2010 edition of Trance Energy. For those of you who don’t know yet, we’ll explain it one more time: a chock-full programme filled with international trance heroes, dance lovers from around the world and high tech stages with dazzling lights and laser shows that will stimulate your senses. Get ready for Trance Energy! Ticket sales start Saturday November 28th.
This seventeenth edition of Trance Energy, which will be held in four areas at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, will feature an exciting new stage. Next to the Main, where you will see the biggest names in the international dance scene, this edition of Trance Energy will also feature a stage manned by purely Dutch artists. There will also be an area with a cool line-up of trend-setting Hardtrance DJs. On top of that we’ve set up an interesting collaboration with the world’s biggest trance site, Trance.nu. This site will host the Future this year, and will give YOU the chance to have a say in the composition of the line-up. Trance.nu will run an online poll up to November 28th that lets visitors to the website browse through a list of names, made by Trance.nu and ID&T, and vote for their favourite artists. The most popular DJs in this poll will then be selected to play at Trance Energy. So be sure to vote! We will not let you know which names have been selected yet, but make sure to regularly check Trance.nu and Trance-Energy.nl regularly.
NOTE: from November 28th to December 31st you will be able to get your Trance Energy tickets online at www.Ticketonline.nl. From 1 January 2010 the remaining tickets will be available only online through www.Trance-Energy.nl and www.ID-T.com, so no longer through Ticketonline. The tickets are € 47.50 ex fee each. Keep in mind that in all of the previous years Trance Energy was sold out long before the date the event took place!

Trance.nu will host the Future stage, and over the past few weeks' fans were given the chance to vote on their favourite upcoming trance act.
Now, the results are in.
This year the Future stage got an extra personal touch. Trance Energy started a co-operation with Trance.nu and for those of you in the know the website needs no introduction. It is the place to be if you're a fan of trance, and together with Trance Energy they came up with a list naming twenty of the hottest, most talented upcoming trance acts. All you had to do was vote and that is exactly what happened.
