“Plektrum – the Festival of Visual Sound” is an international multimedia festival that brings together media art, contemporary and electronic music, diverse subcultures, urban thinking and education for the 21st century homo sapiens. In order to create a truly memorable audiovisual experience, this years event features over 25 international media artists, VJ’s, musicians and DJ’s in addition to the best from Estonia. Taking place for the 6th time, the festival will be held from 8 - 14 September 2008.

Plektrum Club Night

12th of September from 23:00 (to 05:00) at Linnahall, Tallinn

For the first time Plektrum turns its head towards Linnahall – a historical space that magically represents the passed times of soviet era’s massive architecture. The Club Night takes place in Linnahall’s lobby where beside some hidden space will be extralarge white ceilings covered with visuals and an unique atmosphere of perfectly conserved soviet interior playing together with Plektrum’s vibe of contemporary culture.
