![]() VOTE HERE!There are only two weeks left to vote for your favorite U.S.-based DJs in the 7th annual America’s Best DJ competition, presented by DJ Times magazine & Pioneer DJ. This year’s victor will join an exclusive group of past winners - Kaskade, QBert, Z-Trip, Christopher Lawrence and George Acosta – who were presented with a functioning gold-plated Pioneer DJM-800 mixer as the prize for being named America’s Best DJ. Polls close on Tuesday, September 4 at 11:59PM EST – so get to it and vote now on America’s Best DJ Website . (Voters can win a slew of valuable prizes—more on that later.) While there are 100 American DJs currently up for the title of America’s Best DJ, we now can reveal the top 10 vote getters (in alphabetical order) as of August 21. They include: Online voting and social-media interaction also give fans the chance to win awesome prizes. Just by voting for your favorite DJ on the America’s Best DJ website, by following America’s Best DJ on Twitter or by clicking “Like” on the America’s Best DJ Facebook Page, you’ll be entered to win exciting prizes from Pioneer DJ—including HDJ-2000K headphones, HDJ-1500 headphones and a black DJM-250 mixer. Also, one lucky voter (plus a guest) will win a grand prize trip for two to Las Vegas that includes roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, and VIP treatment at the America’s Best DJ closing party/award ceremony. Note: Both the online vote and tour runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The grand-prize drawing will be held September 7. The 2011 America’s Best DJ vote was the closest in its six-year history. Eventual winner, Kaskade edged a diverse group of top jocks that included Skrillex, Z-Trip, BT, Steve Aoki, Diplo, Wolfgang Gartner, A-Trak and Bassnectar. At promotion’s end, Kaskade was presented with a gold-plated Pioneer DJM-800 mixer at Las Vegas’ Marquee.
