Hi all,
Last year I decided to temporarily close the VIVa MUSiC email demo submissions as we started receiving far too many messages with all sorts of download links, attached tracks, shared files, zip archives and so on. It was a real nightmare for everyone involved! In a matter of weeks everything went completely out of control, the VIVa office ran out of hard drives and we spent most of our time sorting through demos rather than working on putting records out... So we had no choice but close all submission channels for a while until we can find a more efficient way to do this.
I have been getting literally thousands of messages since ... asking how to send your new material to me ... and I didn't know how to respond to you. So I am happy this is all over now and very excited to let you know that we have finally found a better work interface.
VIVa MUSiC is now accepting demos again through our brand new Soundcloud Dropbox http://soundcloud.com/vivamusic/dropbox/
Please make sure you follow the submission guidelines listed on the dropbox page! This is very important as I won't be able to hear your music otherwise. I am constantly on the look for new talent for VIVa MUSiC no matter how big or small as long as you satisfy one requirement: quality. So if you think you've got the skills and talent to join the VIVa roster do send your best tracks and I WILL listen to them.
