Interview with Avalon, special guest in the Alpha Omega Arch

Bouncing away behind the decks, Avalon unleashes a dynamism that sends ripples through the dance floor. From 30,000-strong crowds in Brazil to our most humble and intimate abode, the InSpiral Lounge — his infectious sounds let it rip, leaving behind a trail of chaos. A suspicious character once known as Reality Grid, he’ll be popping up to surprise you when you least expect it. Earlier this year, he launched his debut album, ‘Distant Futures’, and is currently busy working his magic with some of the most legendary names on the scene. Following a sublime set at the Inspiral Lounge during the Hadra party a couple of Saturdays ago, we tracked him down in his studio to talk trance while he prepares to crank it up once again at this month’s Halcyon party...

Halcyon Pre Party – This Sunday at Cyberdog!



Halcyon and Cyberdog present the Halcyon Warehouse Party pre-party on Sunday 14 November from 2pm–4pm @Cyberdog Camden. In addition to DJ sets from Halcyon’s Liquid Ross and Dejavoo, there’ll be ticket giveaways and discount ticket sales — tickets for the Halcyon Warehouse Party on Friday 19 November will be available for just £15 — as well as copies of Astrix’s new CD ‘Red Means Distortion’ and Mood Delux’s ‘Hot Points’ for those who get there early.
