Since I got my decks, I thought I would do a little touching up on them cause they're quite old being through 2 previous owners. I was looking into painting them, and I don't really know what type of paint to use. Duplicolor general purpose paint looks like it would do the job, I just don't know if I should get lacquer or enamel (leaning towards lacquer though). Thanks

You should definitely go with enamel. Even though, Lacquer are thicker and gives deep shine, it lacks durability. Enamel are both cheap and durable.
